Food dehydrators and freeze dryer system



Dehydrated food is not only usefull as a means to preserve food for rehydration later on. It can also be used to preserve and concentrate the fllavors while changing its texture. This opens all sorts of possibilities in terms of use and combination with other foods. While dehydrators offer a slow heat process to remove water from food, a freeze dryer system is a more extreme solution that will result not only in a dryer end product but also in a better appearance, nutritional content and flavors.
