Quick Overview

The extreme rotational forces generated by centrifuges separate food products into various layers based on the component’s densities. Denser solid materials are pushed towards the bottom of the bottle while lighter components such as fats, oils, water are separated above. Flavors are also separated in a similar way where sweetness carries over into the separated liquid while sharper taste remains in the solids. Perfect device for doing clarifications, infusions, separations, oil extractions, etc…


Available in standard and refrigerated versions. Some food product will require long spinning cycle of multiple hours to achieve interesting results and therefore require refrigeration to dissipate the heat generated by the rotor and preserve the flavors.
